V. Nithyanandan is an accomplished Electrical & Electronics Engineer with over 23 years of experience in the MV switchgear industry, spanning operations, manufacturing, quality, engineering, design, tendering, and customer support.
Currently serving as a Technical Offer Manager at Nuventura India Pvt. Ltd. (acquired by Lucy Electric), his expertise includes driving manufacturing operations, project execution, resource planning, quality assurance, vendor development, cost optimization, tendering, and customer engagement. He has extensive experience in MV switchgear ranging from 3.3 kV to 33 kV, with strong knowledge of applicable IS/IEC standards and customer-specific requirements.
Throughout his career, Nithyanandan has contributed to product re-engineering, process improvement, cycle-time reduction, local sourcing, and cost-effective product development. He has also worked closely with utilities, private customers, engineering teams, and inspection agencies during design approvals, FAT, commissioning, and technical support.
With a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex technical and operational challenges, he brings practical industry insights and hands-on expertise to discussions on MV switchgear manufacturing, quality, operational excellence, and product innovation.
