Renato Volpe is the QHSE and Sustainability Director at Mazrui Energy Services, where he provides strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of energy, industrial, chemical, engineering and technical service businesses.
With extensive experience across the oil and gas, nuclear and chemical sectors, Renato specialises in integrating safety, sustainability, risk and operational excellence into business strategy and decision-making. He also serves on the boards of several Mazrui Energy business units and supports the organisation at corporate level in the capacity of Chief Sustainability Officer.
Renato is a member of the Higher Colleges of Technology Industry Advisory Council in the UAE, contributing industry insight on QHSE, sustainability and the development of future-ready graduates. He is a strong advocate of practical leadership, organisational learning and the responsible use of technology to create safer, more resilient and sustainable businesses.
