Dr. Kishor Narayanan Chiyyarath is a senior technology executive with 25+ years of experience in AI governance, digital transformation, and mission-critical systems leadership across the GCC and international markets. He currently serves as Chief Data & AI Officer (CDAIO) and Head of Software Development & QA at ISD-Intertech Software Development LLC, Dubai, UAE. He holds a PhD in Human-Centered Sustainable Artificial Intelligence Governance and Assurance in Critical Environments from Dunster Business School, Switzerland, and a Postgraduate in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Austin. As part of his PhD research, he developed a Capability Maturity Model for AI (AICMM) for enterprises — a practical framework to assess, govern, and advance organizational AI maturity. He is the author of “AI Fusion: Transforming the Digital World — A Symphony of Minds & Machines,” which explores why digital transformation succeeds only when AI is aligned with human context, strategy, and governance. He holds ITIL Expert, PMP, PRINCE2, and ISO 27001 credentials, and is a recognized voice on Responsible AI and human-centered digital transformation.
