Mrs.Ramia Farrage

Ramia is a Senior Presenter and Producer at Forbes Middle East, as well as a Moderator at various public and private sector events.

From its launch in 2007 until 2021, Ramia led the Emirates News broadcast on Dubai One TV as the Presenter and News Bulletin Editor.

From 2002 to 2007, Ramia presented and produced the program Business Arabia, which aired internationally on CNBC.

Ramia has interviewed several world leaders including General Pervez Musharraf, President of Pakistan, Mohammed Khatami, President of Iran, Gerhard Schroeder, Chancellor of Germany and Jimmy Carter, US President.

She moderates at major events including the Future Investment Initiative (FII) in Riyadh and the World Government Summit in Dubai.

Ramia holds a MA in Global Diplomacy-International Relations from the University of London, SOAS, as well as a BA in Communications from the University of Winnipeg and an Associate’s Degree in Journalism from Red River College.

Mr. Walid Hizaoui

Walid is a strategic data, AI and digital innovation thought leader, specializing in digital transformation, scaling up early-stage ventures, and new product development.

With 15 years of experience in management consulting, as well as launching ventures and strategic investment, Walid also has strong experience in institutionalizing family offices in the Middle East region and positioning them for growth.

He has proven expertise across 15 industries in the private and public sectors, specifically within the automotive & mobility sectors, financial services, digital banking, venture capital, and private equity.

A true multi-disciplinary leader with a unique hybrid Strategy & Product Innovation Director role as well as a Chief Transformation role at Gargash Group, he has invested in 30+ companies in the region. Walid is positioned ideally to steer companies through pivotal transformations and growth phases, identifying & executing opportunities for new ventures, exiting business verticals, and growth.

He is also an expert on restructuring, turnaround strategies, omnichannel, and enterprise level product management. He has been instrumental in structuring the Gargash Group conglomerate into four verticals, including automotive, real estate, financial services, and new opportunities. He also built leadership teams across 35 companies in 15 different industry segments.

Prior to his tenure at Gargash Group, Walid was a Strategy and Management consultant, working with public and private sector clients in Europe, the United States, and the MENA region, including the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and various GCC government entities.

Throughout his career, Walid has been involved in $1 billion worth of capital deployment, 35 due diligence projects, and several go-to-market strategies in Europe, China, and the Middle East. Additionally, he oversaw 10 product launches in healthcare, Web3, crypto, and digital banking. He has completed 15 turnaround strategies with a strong P&L impact of circa $450 million.

Walid holds a master’s degree in quantitative finance from Peking University in China and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from HEC Business school in Tunisia. He is also a Fulbright alumnus.

Mrs.Elie Nehme

Elie Nehme, based in Dubai, AE, is currently a Senior General Manager - SOUEAST UAE at Elite Group Holding. Elie Nehme brings experience from previous roles at The Elite Cars, Al Tayer Group and Al Tayer Motors. With a robust skill set that includes Automobile, Retail, Customer Satisfaction, Time Management, Sales Management and more.

Mr.Ammar Rashid Albreiki

Ammar Albreiki is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience at Dubai Taxi Company (DTC).  Appointed as the Chief Operations Officer in December 2023, he has a proven track record in managing the operations of taxis, limousines, school buses, and delivery services, overseeing a workforce of more than 18,000 drivers.

Prior to his current role as Chief Operations Officer, he served as the Director of Fleet Operations, where he was responsible for the operations of DTC's key mobility segments. He also held key positions such as Director of Assets and Director of Commercial and Investment and Director of Shared Services. His accomplishments and successful work tenure can be attributed to a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, and several certifications in Financial Management, Strategy, and Global Business from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Albreiki’s extensive expertise, leadership, and strategic insights make him a pivotal figure in driving DTC’s continued growth and success. His innovative approach won him the title of 'Creative Employee of the Government of Dubai'

Mr.Roberto Colucci

"Roberto Colucci currently serves as the director of EVs at AW Rostamani Group.

His expertise spans across the automotive industry, previously working as Tesla’s Store Manager in Italy, where he advanced his capabilities on the electric vehicle market, mobility solutions, and retail management. Prior to joining Zeekr & smart of AWR, Roberto also contributed to a zero-emission future as Senior Manager of Business Development for Global Markets at EVBox, in the EV charging industry. His responsibilities included EVBox partnerships and projects for the global markets with a focus on Middle-East and Italy.

Roberto has a commitment to excellence, innovative thinking, and an ability to deliver measurable results, dedicated to shaping the future of sustainable mobility.

Roberto holds a degree from Università del Salento as well as University of Antwerp, and a certification in Innovation Leadership from Massachussets Institute of Technology."

Mrs.Nada Jasim

Engineer Nada Jasim has over 18 years of experience and holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Mohamed Bin Rashid School of government, and Bachelor’s from UAE University majoring in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum in 2001. She continued her career achieving multiple certifications including the NEBOSH Certificate of health and safety and Certificate in Safe Behavior in 2004. She is a certified lead auditor in OHSAS 18001 in occupational health & safety, ISO 50001 in energy management, ISO 22301 Business continuity management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and is also a Certified Sustainability Manager. Eng. Nada is currently the Director of Safety, Risk, Regulation & Planning Department of the Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai. She is been with RTA since 2008 in the role of managing HSE strategies and policies, and as Deputy Director of Safety, Risk Regulation and Planning Department since 2014. The Roads and Transport Authority’s (RTA’s) core mandate is to develop Surface Transportation (Road, Rail, Marine, Buses and Taxis) Infrastructures and Services (E.g.: Vehicle Registration, Driver Licensing, etc.) to support the development of the Emirate of Dubai while improving the quality of life for residents and visitors. RTA is very large and complex organization, which, combines regulation, design, construction, operations, maintenance and provision of transport related services under one organization. Her current role as the Director of Safety, Risk, Regulation & Planning Department include overseeing the strategic and governance functions of:

• Safety Certification and Regulation of all Railway Systems in the Emirate of Dubai.

• Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Systems of RTA

• Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems across RTA

• Managing the Crisis and Business Continuity Management Systems of RTA

• Managing Transport Accident Investigations and Reporting

• Independent Safety and Risk Auditing to assure compliances

• Sustainability Governance and Green Economy, including Energy and Emission Management and Climate Change Management. With over 18 years of experience, she has also worked previously as Head of Area Safety at Dubai Aluminum Company (DUBAL) and Technical Manager at Schlumberger onshore Operations in Abu Dhabi – ADCO.
