Adrienne Everett
Adrienne Everett is a former Wall Street professional and an international yoga instructor known as "Hippie Who Hustles". After a decade in corporate finance, she transitioned to a career in wellness, founding HWH Studio in Dubai to help others find balance through mindful movement. Everett began her career on Wall Street as an Equity Derivatives Sales Trader for J.P. Morgan after college. She later moved to London, taking on roles in private equity and eventually joining Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management Division.
Her finance career also included a role at a financial technology company and as an Account Director at LinkedIn.  Following a challenging personal experience, Everett found sanctuary and emotional resilience on her yoga mat, which inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to wellness. She describes her transition as moving from a corporate "hustle" to a purposeful one, focused on magnifying the benefits of movement and mindfulness for others.
Everett founded HWH Studio in Dubai, a luxury wellness space that offers yoga, meditation, and Pilates. The studio has locations in partnership with the Delano hotel on Bluewaters Dubai and offers classes at the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel. She has become a sought-after international instructor, collaborating with global brands like Dior, Hermès, Estée Lauder, and Alo to teach classes and retreats.
Everett's approach to wellness centers on holistic well-being, defined by balance, intentionality, and self-care. Balance: She emphasizes the importance of mindful movement, nutrition, and gratitude practices to achieve balance in life.Purpose: Unlike the "go with the flow" mentality, her philosophy is rooted in intentionality. She believes that sometimes you need to "swim upstream" to get where you're meant to be.Holistic well-being: Everett is an advocate encouraging  individuals to invest in their well-being. She views wellness not as a trend but as a lifestyle focused on transformation and connecting the mind, body, and soul.
