A Partner at ESPER and mentor with Techstars, UICCA, EGBC and Eureka! GCC, he supports startups in AI, IoT, SaaS, and GreenTech with a focus on scaling sustainably and building future-ready teams. He also advises several startups, focusing on transformation as an outcome and sustainability as a business advantage. 

Ezzeddine holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and advanced degrees in finance and Islamic finance from Rotterdam School of Management and ESA Business School, and certifications including PMP®, TOGAF 9.2®, SFIA Accredited Consultant, and CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
