Specializing in culture transformation and safety leadership, he has supported numerous Fortune and FTSE 100 companies through the development of high-impact systems and programs. As the author of the evidence-based Care2Lead program and a current VP HSE at DP World in Dubai, Islam combines research-driven insights with an engaging communication style that inspires leaders to embed safety into business success.
