Mrs.Khawla Ali AlNuaimi

Khawla Al Nuaimi is the Human Capital Executive Director at EWEC, a position she has held since April 2023. With over 18 years of experience in Human Capital Management, Khawla has built a reputation for delivering strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational performance and foster a culture of excellence.

Before joining EWEC, Khawla gained extensive experience across multiple industries, including energy, real estate development, finance, healthcare, and HR shared services, which allowed her to manage human capital across diverse sectors simultaneously. She has held senior roles in each of these industries, where she managed complex HR strategies and led teams to enhance organizational effectiveness. As Head of Human Resources at Aldar Projects, Khawla oversaw all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and HR policy creation, ensuring the company's HR functions were aligned with its strategic goals. Additionally, Khawla held several senior HR roles at Mubadala Investment Company, where she played a critical role in developing HR functions, establishing manpower plans, and driving talent acquisition strategies. Khawla is known for her ability to create and implement governance frameworks, refine performance management processes, and enhance employee engagement, all of which have significantly improved business operations.

She holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, UAE, and a Diploma in Human Resources Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK. Khawla is also part of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) program, and her education and professional development are deeply aligned with global HR best practices.
