Please be informed that the scheduled maintenance activities for DEWA systems are being conducted, therefore, our digital services will be temporally unavailable on Sunday 20th September 2026, from 01:00 AM till 02:00 AM.
Electric Vehicle charging will continue to be available during this period through DEWA EV Green Chargers using EV Charger card.

صيانة مجدولة
يرجى العلم بأنه جاري العمل على صيانة مجدولة لأنظمة هيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي، وعليه فإن خدمات الهيئة الرقمية ستكون غير متاحة بشكل مؤقت يوم الأحد 20 سبتمبر 2026 من الساعة 01:00 صباحاً وحتى الساعة 02:00 صباحاً .
سيستمر شحن المركبات الكهربائية خلال هذه الفترة عبر محطات الشاحن الأخضر التابعة لهيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي باستخدام بطاقة الشاحن الأخضر للمركبات الكهربائية.
